Barcelonize was asked to organize every detail of this event, including international sales meetings, a product launch, and a kick off and awards gala dinner. Within this event, we were also requested to organize some original and cultural activities.
The brief: To cover all the client’s needs from beginning to end, to combine corporate conferences with a fun atmosphere.
Our solution :
Barcelonize managed all private transportation (buses and private cars) throughout the entire event. For our clients, we chose a 5star beach front hotel, making use of their fully equipped conference rooms and facilities.
To add an element of fun to the event, we organized both artistic and historic activities; a tour of the Sagrada Familia, a hands on mosaic activity inspired by Gaudi and hosted in the spectacular Hospital de San Pau (a Unesco heritage building), and a culinary experience in a traditional Spanish restaurant.
The event culminated with a gala dinner and award ceremony in what was once the old Barcelona Casino. We chose this venue for its unique and elegant atmosphere. The event included dinner, entertainment (2 artists), DJ and decor.
Barcelonize provided all the accreditation passes, photography services, and a team of hostesses for each day. We also worked with an independent studio to record personalized Voice of God for the conferences.
